A person that manages the administrative tasks relating to an agreement, or a part of that agreement (e.g. when relating to a volume licensing agreement, the part of the agreement concerning Software Assurance benefits, Online Services, etc.). This person will receive all communications and notices relating to the contract or part of the contract.
