In the Agile context, work is expressed in the backlog as user stories. A user story is a short, simple description of a feature told from the perspective of the user who desires a new capability. A User Story should focus on the who, what and why of a feature, not how. The user story will typically follow a simple template: As a <type of user>, I want <some goal> so that <some reason>.
