A Ticket that has related (Child) Tickets linked to it. Parent Tickets are usually related to issues that cause other issues or prevent Customers from using features as intended; the resulting issues are usually the subject of Child Tickets. A Parent Ticket can have multiple Child Tickets, but Child Tickets cannot have multiple Parent Tickets.
